CINNAMON, RS / 2015
An elementary architecture consisting of modern engineering was the desired concept for this residence. We think of this project as a country house in its essence: a refuge in the woods, a shelter from the sun and the rain, a balcony house or pergola house. With large eaves and few walls, the internal and external spaces are completely integrated. In practice, a flat roof structured in reinforced concrete The 4m structural cantilever of the roof houses the veranda that complements the living room. Access is via the upper level, which serves as a natural foundation for the house, where the home theater and two other suites are also located. Glass, wood, raw stone and sawn granite make up our palette of materials.
