Project of two houses in one, seeking a simple and easy implementation, with straight and pure lines the shape is transformed into a play of light and shadows.

The land has a corner of 490m², allowing individual access to each housing unit.

The great challenge of the project was to translate simplifying the volumetry into the reduction of construction costs.

The houses have  constructed area of 120 m² each, totaling 240m² of built area.  

The project envisages sustainable solutions for solar panels to heat water, collect rainwater to irrigate the garden, maximize natural lighting in all environments, LED artificial lighting and specification of natural and preferably local materials.
