A home carefully planned for a young couple, who sought calmness in a Lot full of green to raise their children.

The project is based on the premise of sustainable architecture, carefully thought out, solar orientation plays a fundamental role in the quality of life in this residence, cross ventilation and natural lighting work together towards the proposal.

There is a forecast of reuse of water  rainwater through a concrete gutter where all the water is directed to a cistern and from there it returns to the system  properly purified and for specific purposes.

With a contemporary but totally vernacular character, this residence uses pure and orthogonal lines, bringing the traditional mountain style in evidence through the wood and bricks that are treated in a natural way.
