Contemporary project for a young couple, bringing with it all the elegance and comfort of brick and wood, recurrent materials in the gaucho mountain range, however being applied in a more up-to-date and uncluttered way.

​

The land has 490m² in a consolidated urban area.

​

The project foresees sustainable solutions, such as solar panels to heat water and collect rainwater and reuse it for the garden. Large openings allow cross ventilation in all environments.
